arpen quints, arpen reds, dodge yellow, cdr blue (or flat mr if against mr heavy early game)

0/9(nimbleness)/21 (ghost, flash masteries, movespeed...pretty obv)

items: if youre not getting raped: mercs, guinsoos, deathcap, (voidstaff/lichbane)
if youre getting raped by ad get frozen heart
if youre getting raped by ap l2p(osition yourself out of that shiny stuff on the ground)

if you cant do (read: kill) anything but push the lane: get an early sheen and just push the tower with procs

1. if your team is winning -> take blue buff, split push lane till inhibs down, meet your team, push till you win.

2. if your team is losing (you should have won your lane anyways!) -> take blue buff, throw around some wards so your team hopefully stops getting caught, heal your team till youre on the upper hand again, proceed with step 1.
