It's cuz he has strong competition now, ProtatoMonster. I remember once JiTP commented on one of ProtatoMonster saying the way he does his top 5s is wrong. A guy replied to JiTP's comment and it was a top comment so that's how I knew.

Imo, the videos are all real.
The trouble to go to fake all of those videos would not be worth it.

If the messages in this video are real, then yeah the prizes are fake.
I was surprised that JitP could afford to give out $50 of RP a week when even ProtatoMonster who has a much larger base offers Razer gear which is sponsored to them.
