Lots of sustain from both parts, u can zone him early so easy but late he do well agaisnt u.
He has a lot of early damage, but you have to abuse about his sustain, taking him out of the creeps, tiger

You should start with cloth 5, try to block his poke with turtle, rush .
Just tiger him when he comes to a creep, his sustain is bad.
Very easy lane to udyr, he will try to push the lane, let him, then freeze your lane and zone him, your tiger and break the shield so easy.
So Annoying for udyr, start cloth 5, rush , ignore his poke>win. Max turtle.
Your sustain should be better than his sustain try to pokeback when he E you, lantern isnt that effective since its true dmg.
He/she has no sustain early game, poke, poke>win. Becarefull when he gets sheen may be dangerous.
May be hard early, dodge his slow, try to farm, ask help for ur jungler and build mr if u are behind.
Shen is decent laner agaisnt udyr, try to turtle his poke and get to max your sustain.
Riven is strong agaisnt udyr but playing smart after u should destroy her.
He has pretty strong early damage but you can contest it and get your hp back faster than him, build .
Annoying as hell early on lane, get mr and x2 , fight him in 100% HP and you will win for sure.
Should be easy lane for udyr, He comes to last hit= tiger him = u zone him.
Very hard lane to udyr, but you can beat him after , call your jungler.
Losing
Impossible to deal with him if he is smart.Early Game
Try to last hit all creeps you can while poking your enemy, be carefull if they have a jungler that can lvl 2 gank. Also at lvl 4 tell your jungler to gank ur lane, with your bear you can get freekills.
Mid Game
This is when you are stronger, you can push your lane and help your team and win all dragons.
End Game
Not very strong at this point but try to catch the ad carry and bear,tiger him so she can destroy your team.
