This has been the case with the several other skins done this way, both of which were European Exclusives. Viking Tryndamere was only available at Dreamhack in Sweden before going on sale, Winged Hussar Xin is a Polish Closed Beta exclusive but will be available in the future.

I know people will bring up PAX but that is a different beast entirely, the skins for PAX are exclusive to that one event. That is not a continent, nation or cultural thing, it is PAX, an event that very few realtively speaking can attend regardless of where they are from. There are reasons why they can only be given away at PAX, from what I understand arising from the skins themselves.

If things were as simple as calling someone up and saying "hey, go and give this away in every magazine, in every country worldwide" then the universe would be a much easier place. However it is never that simple, and it's disappointing for people to believe there is any agenda here or desire to support someone over you.

Setting up something like this is not a simple thing, and likely has more to do with timing and inability to do it for Europe. Bear in mind that is just my prior experience talking, I had no hand in this. I've read every post in this thread, but this is where I'm going to stop because the discussion is becoming circular and leaning toward insults.

I've already passed your feelings about this on, and explained what's happening.
