deathstorm003ok, so i cant play normal games until i complete the tutorials, but heres my problem...the tutorials rnt working
1). i launch the browser, login, then im at the home page of my LoL
2). i click play, then i go to tutorials, then i do the basic or the battle tutorial
3). then it loads perfectly fine and even in a good time speed
4). but then when i get picture, and the map pops up, the lady starts talkin, but the camera wont move much, it moves for about 1 second, and then freezes, and wont move no matter wat i click. the lady keeps on talkin and even when she finshes, still cant move, and while its not moving and the lady is talking, the bar at the bottom with the items, map, pic of champ, and setting and camera and all that stuff, it all goes on and off about every 2-3 seconds, like its skipping or something
its like a lag, freeze, skip mixture, idk wat it is
please help, i just wanna play and becuz of this i cant even start#11 year, 4 months ago -

This sounds like it may be a problem with your video card or its drivers. To give other players on this forum a better opportunity to help you I would provide a DXDiag. The DXDiag will show them what kind of hardware you're using on your machine.

This isn't really a problem I can troubleshoot with you over the forum. However, another player may be able to hop in and help.

You can attach it to your message if you'd like. You do this by clicking on the "Go Advanced" button on the forums here. Then find the button that looks like a paperclip. When you click this you can find the file on your computer and upload it.
Also, don't be afraid to contact Riot directly at the link I provided if you're not finding an answer here. They don't bite.
