Hello recently I got the virus 2012 win 7 internet security virus, I couldn't get rid of it after trying for hours so I decided to do a system restore(Date, January 15th 3 days before the virus) on doing that I cleaned my computer (Junk files, old progams, defrag, ect...) after my computer was organized and running much smoother I opened LoL (clicking the desktop Icon) I opened completley fine (I MUST ADD, LOL WAS RUNNING COMPLETLEY FINE DURING THE THE VIRUS BEFORE MY SYSTEM RESTORE.) but when I clicked "Play" on the first window of LoL that is opened it closed and sat at my background screen for about I minute, I realized something was wrong, imediately I went to task manager - then to processes. The LoL launcher was running (I believe the name was "LoLlauncher. exe") I ended the process then right clicked the desktop Icon and click "Run as adminastrator" the same problem persist after unistalling LoL, pando booster, and Adobe air I reinstaled all of them... the same problem persists on trying to open LoL frustrated with not being able to play the game I do ANOTHER system restore to January 11th way before any of these problems had happened (Virus, LoL not working) I Opened LoL and the problem persists. So I decide that I will go back to the date I had the virus.. January 18th Dealing with the virus closing everything. I open LoL and it runs completely fine. Frustrated with the virus I decide to wipe my hard drive and reinstal windows 7 drivers adobe direct x. Everything. I get it all instaled on January 19th my computer is running perfect I instal LoL and I try to play it the same problem persists. Riot this problem is driving me insane right now I am reinstaling LoL adobe direct x everything again after uninstaling it I ran CCleaner Defrag nothing is working.. Please fix this problem I hope this problem does not happen to anyone else

It sounds to me that when you performed your system restore, you may have undone some necessary Windows Updates that would cause the symptoms you are experiencing. I suggest checking your windows Updates, installing everything you deem necessary, and trying again.

If this doesn't work, try sending us a support ticket and we will gladly troubleshoot your issue.
