There are multiple possible reasons for this to be happening. You may be missing some important Windows Updates, you may have a Firewall that you are unaware of, or countless other things. I would recommend sending us a support ticket so that we can properly diagnose your situation.
Before doing this, check your Windows Updates. You'd be surprised how many times this works ![]( "Wink")
