Here is the conclusion I got from one of RIOT support specialists after I spent over 1 month arguing topics around "How can you make sure the players you banned deserve the ban, how do you define 'doing the right things' in game and how can you find out if those reports are valid or not". Although I replied them on time, it still took 4-5 days for a reply averagely and they started to kick this case to others when they found out that they can't answer these questions. Finally i got the answer from the RIOT. ^ ^ I wish this will help those who still have no idea about that why they get banned.
This is the most significant rule that everyone who get banned should remember.
It's not you who truly deserve the ban or not; it's about if other players think you deserve the ban and reported you. RIOT doesn't care about the truth at all. They care about if everyone is pleasured. If you got reported by 4 of your teammates who were premade several times during a period, it's likely that you get banned after a few weeks.
No one will show your game's replay to pro players and evaluate it seriously. You are wrong and you deserve the ban if 2 or more of your teammates reported you.
Random unqualified players are assigned as judges. They will figure out that if deserve the ban based on insufficient information. Probably a good score will always protect you? Bad words = you deserve the ban. You got blamed by 2 to 3 other players, then you deserve the ban no matter if they were premade or trolling. (Someone always got blamed because professional losers need excuses for their failure.)
If you wanna play solo q, be ready for meeting trolling teams and be ready for the ban. You should feel free for it after you did "what you were not supposed to do".
Will a 1700+ elo player get banned in solo q?
The answer is "yes". One of my "retarded" buddy just did this and he got banned after he spent almost 1 month playing with beginners. He replied something like "you r just a noob. you suck" almost everytime he got blamed for the lose of their team. He didn't play with full performance, but he was still the best player in his team 95% of the time i believe. He didn't intend to do a test anyway. The other 4 low level players in his team thought he was trolling. He got trolled and raged too. lol
We both hold 1 value: Players should enjoy a game but not slaved by a game. We do have free speech especially when the things we are arguing are the truth. (It's more closed to the truth anyway... 1700 elo around players do know how to play the game more than 90% of the players in solo q... I think this is more closed to truth than those players who started to call themselves "pro" with 200 wins. Sry.. i called these players retarded noobs when they called themselves "pro" and then tried to show me how I should learn from them. ^ ^)

A game is supposed to make ppl relax and have fun, not to make them suffer and pay too much patient. Why too much patient?... Because it is normal to have 3 or 4 bad games with bad teammates in a line..this retarded matchmaking system is like a "gg" lol
So here is the conclusion, do whatever you want in a game, if you get trolled and get banned... it's a normal thing. (You can keep silence all the time ofc, but i just dont see a point to do those stupid things in a game.) So enjoy your life and have fun. Games are only a small part of our life and you take the right to decide what to play. Make yourself a good day and enjoy the sunshine.

I've taken a couple of excerpts from your post to see if we can work together to narrow down why you might have been suspended by the Tribunal.
Although, you seem to think you have things pretty figured out so I'm not quite sure if you'll see it. But I do hope that other players can use this as a learning experience since we see questions like "why was I suspended?" so frequently.
Generally, calling someone "retarded noobs" is not going to gain you any friends. I understand that you don't seem to care, that you're calling a Spade a Spade. But it's outlined pretty clearly in the Summoner's Code that calling someone a "retarded noob" is the kind of thing you could find yourself in the Tribunal for.If you get banned, you'd better stop trying to argue about anything

You keep attacking other players as less qualified then you in your post, if you talk this way in League of Legends then it is no wonder you were suspended by the Tribunal. One thing I have to ask though, when I viewed your profile in game I noticed you're elo does not display. How does this make you the arbiter of skill in your matches?
Sometimes it's a good idea to step off the pedestal. Be humble, acknowledge that people make mistakes and work together to win a match rather than just attack them for how poorly you think they play.
