    hi GD, i got a huge problem. Since yesterday everytime i try to start a game i get this error message after the champ select (before the loading screen pops up). never had this problem before and i got 2 leaves now because of this and I'm trying out co-op vs. ai right now and it seems to not work either. I didn't do anything with my firewall, in fact, it is turned off. anyone else having this problem?

    Hi guys,

    If you're experiencing issues connecting to games and/or disconnecting frequently, please post the following information:

    Your ISP:
    Your rough location:
    EUW1_trace.txt
    EUW2_trace.txt

    To obtain these files you need to run the following commands from the command prompt:
    tracert 95.172.65.149 > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\EUW1_trace.txt"
    tracert 31.186.224.103 > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\EUW2_trace.txt"

    After the commands are run you will see the two files on the desktop.

    In order to access the Windows Command prompt you must perform the following steps:
    1) Hold down the [Windows Key] and press R
    2) Type cmd in the "open" text box and hit OK
    3) Type out the command in full and press enter*
    4) Wait for the command to complete. This can take 2-10 minutes depending on the connection. You will know it is complete when you can type again. Please be patient
    5a) Repeat for the second file
    5b) Upload both files as attachments to your forum post. They will be on your desktop

    You can also copy and past the command but to paste in the window you have to right click and select paste. CTRL+V will not work.

    If possible, please also include your latest r3dlog from C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Game - R3d Logs and your latest netlog from C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Network Logs.

    Thank you all for the trace routes, they will help us investigate and hopefully work with ISPs to resolve the issue.

    For now, have you contacted your ISP to let them know that you are experiencing issues? If not, please do contact them and let them know that you are being blocked from accessing the game server when trying to enter the game and update/post here with their response.
