I would say no.
I think that by 100 games played, you've sort of "proven" your skill level.
Now, that second player, he probably started as a worse player, but by his 500th game, he became a 1450-skilled player. The first guy was a 1450-skilled player by his 100th game.
Either way, they both ended up at 1450. Don't think of it as something you "earn." It's a measurement of how good you currently are. They're both 1450 good. |
