nukular powerAlot of people are skipping over this in favor of the new champions, but the Riot reps confirmed spectator mode (which I assume includes replays) in the livestream. They didn't show them but they were offereing to show it off along with the new champs. It's right around 8 hours in this vid if you want to check it yourself!

Our goal was to have spectator mode ready for Dreamhack to improve the shoutcasting and streaming experience for everyone. As such the system currently supports custom games only. This does not mean the Dreamhack version of spectator represents the final feature set or scope for the system.
As for replays, we previously mentioned the new patcher was the first technology hurdle we had to cross to build the feature. Spectator mode represents another big step towards making it a reality.#21 year, 11 months ago
