    		 This has happened to me numerous times over the course of the past few days: I burst someone down to pixels of health with Annie, two seconds later they die to secondary damage and I don't get any Mejai's Stacks (not even one). From what I can tell this seems to happen when Tibber's auto-attacks finish the champion off (his AoE seems to give the stacks) which is not a rare occurrence by any means. I still get the kill credit and- as far as I know- gold and experience, but I don't get stacks.

    		 Thanks for the report. We also know this to be happening with Tibbers last-hits one of the buff mobs (like Blue Golem, or God-forbid, Baron). We're investigating the issue, but currently have no ETA on a fix.
